***apples apples and apples***

this is the bounty from the orchard this year from mainly one Bramley tree and what was left of an eating apple tree.....some of the other trees were early eaters which had already been either picked, fallen or rotted....about half this amount again has been given away and there are a few more remaining on the tree which are left for the birds....they love to have some fruit over the winter months...anyway some of this lot has been given away as well and I will try to freeze some of these and what is left will go down the homeless shelter...I hope...so if you fancy apple pie...stewed apple....apple roll-over...toffee apples....apple dunking ....then come on over....

till next time.....toodleoooooooo......

Oh the things I could do with that wonderful haul! You're very lucky, we haven't got any apple trees here, but I do plan on getting some for the wild bed in the garden. I am very envious of your cache! I love baked apples with cinnamon and raisins - yum!
