***getting old and decrepit***
no not me silly.....tho sometimes I do wonder about that lol....but old buildings of all sorts that have had a full working life...housed all sorts of treasure and emotions and things that only they will really know about...cos even when someone remembers a building and what they did with it they move on and take their memories with them.... however that building remains behind...waiting expectantly for the next event to begin and with that a whole new life and on and on it goes until...until the time has come when someone has made the decision to render the building of no use...and so it lays empty...neglected... alone with it's memories... and it's future is uncertain and fragile.....until someone sees the beauty in it's dilapidated state and thinks....that is lovely I will take a picture and I do ... and so the little tiny building is still being shared and appreciated even if it's only for a little while longer......

what a charming old building, I often wonder about the life of such old places, the things seen and heard within the four walls, can buildings contain memories good and bad or is that all left for us and when we are the soil and the bricks remain are we remembered?
