***the ultimate chocolate cake***
made with the ultimate cake mixer....I am so proud and lucky to have this wonderful Kitchen Aid Mixer....it is in my opinion just the best and I only wish I could and should make more use of it....All my family clubbed together and bought this for my birthday a few months back...
but there was a real downside to getting this.....WHAT colour should I choose.....it became quite ridiculous in the end as it took months for me to decide and as I was on a time limit as the special offers at that time were nearly over I really needed to galvanize myself....I would have really liked it in the Pistachio but unfortunately the UK didn't import that colour so I chose the red instead...and I am really pleased with it....
and so for Baby Girl's 29 Th Birthday I made her this Ultimate Chocolate Cake....and I have to tell you it was divine...I have the ever increasing waistline to prove it too.....
and the best thing about it is it keeps in the fridge for a few days and after that if a little dry just a quick Zap in the microwave and it goes like a steam pudding...divine.....

Mine is called "Blackie"...............cause he's black. My little sister has just laybyed a red one for herself. I love my Kitchenaid mixer, it's the most used gadget in our kitchen and I have a few of the fab attachments. I wish I could taste that cake............love chocolate.
