***Work and acquire, and thou hast chained the wheel of Chance***

Ralph Waldo Emerson

and that is what I am hoping will work with a start on my new project...I want to do another doll tho not like the ones I made last year.....as you can see from the pictures below they are rather bizarre and my next effort I want to be a little different as I hope to incorporate other mediums and objects if possible....so here goes and here's hoping....

to start anew

my valentine doll attempt....mmmm
hand dyed and painted bizarre girl
my polka dot ballerina

it's about the bizarre hairdo...check out her wired eyebrows

hand painted body.. head and face

I can be so enthusiastic and start things all gungho and with great energy and then it all goes to pot...the momentum slows the interest wanes and I begin the slow road to stagnation and I don't know why.....I think I become despondent wondering if it is all worthwhile...however that is a very defeatist attitude and one not conducive for creativity.......so enough already go girl....will let you know of further developments...till then

toodleooooooo......

3 of your thoughts.....:

Those dolls are so full of expression - the hand-painted details are exquisite! I can't wait to see what you make from your body-parts!
