***the factory girl***

is a film about a beautiful girl called Edie Sedgwick who lived in the 1960's and died aged 28......I watched this film last night and enjoyed every moment...not only was Sienna Miller terrific in the part she could have been the real life Edie.... Guy Pierce was an amazing Andy Warhol....not sure what to make off Warhol at the best of times but I thought Pierce took him off pretty well...anyway the fashion was simply divine and I can't decide what I preferred the most....the story or the fashion...all entrancing and sad and I will be watching it again....I love my heroins really even if they so end up dying......Monroe....Eva Peron...etc all hold a magical bewitching quality....anyway if you get the chance watch it, it will be worth it....

Hi Mandi ~ it's only little old me...I've been missing in action lately, and have totally neglected all my lovely blogging friends.
I have taken my blog down after all this time, and hopefully one day will feel back up to it again.
I've had a quick catchup with yours and it all looks so beautiful and I am so glad you had such a lovely Christmas and New Years.
Much love, Kali xox
