a magical day in the life of

***day one***

of 2008 ...so HAPPY NEW YEAR to us all and what a lovely day it is....a new start and beginning.....Here in Jersey the sun is shining and warmmmm.....hard to imagine we are in winter especially when the States seem to have so much snow....well some parts anyway....not sure what resolutions I will make...if any.... I guess it does good to have a focus on some things to keep one inspired and motivated....we are so lucky living on this little island....worries from far of lands seem miles away which they are....and making a conscious effort to appreciate what one has and achieved is important...I think I would like to do a lot more in my craft room but seriously put my head down....I tend to stop and start like a chugging old motor when my work doesn't go right and then feel like stopping all together which is not very good....hubby is strumming his guitar in the back ground as I write which makes me feel relaxed and calm....our girls are happy and look forward to the year ahead...especially our eldest who is getting married in May and so you imagine the organization that will take place...I will have that to write about from time to time and moments of that will be special so not to be missed...soooo dear friends have a lovely New Years Day and may all your dreams come true ....health and happiness always...
