***Happy Mothering Sunday***

happy mothering Sunday to everyone....hope you all had well earned rest and were treated to a well earned day off....I had a lovely time with my girls and hubby....relaxed and full and happy and spoilt hope it was the same for you.....

Creating this doll below was a challenge for myself as well as doing for my ZNE network that I have been a member of for awhile now....there is really such an amazing number of talented people there with so much to share and what fun it is too....all sorts of subgroups are Incorporated and most have little tasks which are great to participate in...The Goddess is a project set by the dolls group of ZNE and this is my contribution...what a challenge but what fun...hope you enjoy..... check out the ZNE...s

Goddess of Good Things to Come

She stands approx 5 ft tall and her base frame is from cane bunched together (ready made) that I have altered by separating and adding a raffia shelf. Her face and hands are needle sculpted then covered with paper clay and painted using acrylics and pencils, other natural elements as leaves, twigs, acorn caps string and beads are used for embellishments with the whole being covered in protective sealers...

Hi Mandi!
Is that your gorgeous smiling face?

I hope you had a wonderful Mother's Day. We celebrate it in May as you probably know.
Also Congratulations on your wedding anniversary, it sounds like you had a delightful day, and those flowers are beautiful.

Love your dolls and your artistic talents. Truly special!

I hope your week is wonderful...xo Kali
